Continuous Process Improvement Manager
In this highly creative position, selected candidate will be responsible for acting in a consultative role to Operations Managers/ TLs and project teams to identify, shortlist and implement continuous process improvements. This includes Lean workshops facilitation, providing trainings, mentoring project and promoting Agile & Lean culture. Project portfolio under this role involves assignments between Brno, Acton and Nordic countries so occasional travelling might be required. In addition, the applicant might be involved in process migration (on need basis). In order to be successful in this role, the candidate needs to build collaborative partnership with CoE management, TLs, business partners; demonstrate proactive approach to idea generation of process improvements, communicate effectively, apply practical approach to project management and continuous process improvement agenda.
Our daily job includes various tasks and every day offers many challenges. The communication in English is our daily bread as we are a multinational team. We are in daily touch with our suppliers and colleagues across Scandinavia countries mainly email. Among other activities are processing of invoices, dealing with queries, reconciliations of accounts and reporting many other ad hoc tasks.We are a small team of 8 people. Thanks to friendly atmosphere and fresh team spirit, it is really easy to fit in. Our working hours are pretty flexible, starting between 7 and 9:30 am every day with some exception around the month end. Therefore, you can easily organize your day and combine work with your personal life.
Data Analyst - Reporting
We are Europe's leading specialist electrical and telecommunications retailer and Services Company, our branch in Brno administratively supports multiple segments of the entire company’s business (finance, logistics, IT, web design, and retail). We in CSA (Customer Support Agreement) are a team of approximately 30 people. Thanks to a friendly atmosphere and fresh team spirit, it is really easy to fit in. We have quite flexible working hours, only on occasion, we have to stay a bit later to finalize increased work volumes, but this is rather exceptional. Therefore, you can easily organize your day and combine work with your personal life.Your daily job involves several diverse tasks and can be quite exciting. You will be in daily touch with your main business partner and the main language will be English. The majority of your communication is by email but you will also need to do regular phone calls via Skype application. The core of your job is reviewing and providing accurate regular and ad hoc analysis for the CSA market. You will additionally participate in projects related to our systems and their testing and improvement.
Site Reliability Engineer
Multicultural development team working on a SOA e-commerce platform which serves as a basis for one of the most popular online shops with electronics in UK – Currys and PC World. The platform handles more than 7,000,000 unique visitors per day and processes 8 orders per second during the busiest season. You will be a part of the application management function and you will also be in constant contact with our Architecture team and Tech leads as well. Your main responsibility would be contribution on the improvement of our e-commerce platform and looking into new technologies and approaches.
Logistics Support Team Leader
Our Logistics team is one of the biggest within the Centre of Excellence, currently counting 21 open-minded people. Thanks to all great people here we have managed to take over more responsibilities and our headcount doubled in just 2 years! We are proud having a flexible working schedule as well; you can start working from 7:00 until 9:00 in the morning. The work responsibilities are quite diverse and ever-changing. We are “the core” of the supply chain, therefore, all entities are contacting us when they need our help and professional advice. And who are the partner we are dealing with on daily basis? Warehouses, hubs, stores and customer service agents from all over the Nordic countries. How do we communicate? We mostly receive requests via e-mail but phone calls and Skype meetings are a nice change of atmosphere. The communication in English is our daily bread. On a daily basis we’re in touch with our business partners and colleagues from Nordic countries.
Team Leader (HRSSC Administration)
As a team located in Brno, we remotely provide HR services for 40.000 of our colleagues in the UK. We are responsible for all their administration, making sure they are ready for starting dates, inductions, promotions, and that all their data are correct and up-to-date. Our daily job includes lots of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. The communication in English is our daily bread. On a daily basis we’re in touch with our business partners and colleagues from across UK.
