CoE HR & Operations department covers recruitment, HR Operations, training & development, facility management and also finance expertise. Our main goal is to help our 650 colleagues in their career path with the maximum job satisfaction. Thanks to friendly atmosphere and fresh team spirit, it is really easy to fit in. Our working hours are pretty flexible, so you can easily organize your day and combine work with your personal life.As a part of our team you would be responsible for leading a recruitment team. Your main focus will be delivering the results in expected quality and time frame, with priority laying in candidate experience and hiring manager´s satisfaction.Daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. Hiring of diverse expertise is typical – IT, Finance, Backoffice and language dependent roles (especially Nordics). You can look forward to an independent, senior role, which gives a space for your own initiatives and improvement ideas. You can count with close cooperation and endless support of your colleagues from the department.

As a team located in Brno, we remotely provide HR services for 40.000 of our colleagues in the UK. We are responsible for all their administration, making sure they are ready for starting dates, inductions, promotions, and that all their data are correct and up-to-date. As a team, we have a great team spirit. We always celebrate our birthdays together in the office, have regular team breakfasts (we love home-made cakes), enjoy BBQs, pub quizzes, laser games, and many other activities.

That is exactly the kind of tasks that keep our colleagues from Customer Service Agreement busy every day—changes in buying contracts, amends of goods or their returns. In our team, we have a lot of colleagues working part-time or during their university studies. It is therefore a good position to start and understand a daily business.
