Besides of activities related to Labour Law and HR processes, you will provide business partnering and advisory to our leadership team and employees, assist them with their queries, coordinate section of benefits and participate in implementation of new once and be involved in continuous improvement of HR operations processes.

  • You are an advanced Czech and English speaker - both written and spoken
  • You have min. 3 years experience in HR field
  • You have solid knowledge of the Czech Labour Code
  • You have experience with work in international environment
  • You have experience with HR projects
  • You are skilled in relationship management and able to recognize priorities
  • You have natural talent to work under tough deadlines and fast changing environment
  • You are an assertive person
  • You are a team player so other team members can rely on you when necessary
