Recruiter´s role involves complex tasks and activities including possibility to coordinate your own projects connected typically with HR Marketing and employer branding. Daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. Besides activities like CV processing, direct search and recruitment process coordination, we are also dealing with process improvements, community based activities, business partnering and social media activities.

Owing to daily communication, you will strengthen your communication skills and assertiveness. You will get a deeper knowledge of various recruitment features – advanced Boolean searching, new searching techniques and methods, community based recruitment and many more.

  • Own the whole recruitment process
  • Direct search, identification of possible candidates sources
  • Attend networking and community based activities
  • Continuous improvement of branding and marketing activities, search techniques and candidate experience concept
  • Contact point for third parties, relationship management
  • Business partner for hiring managers
