We are proud having a flexible working schedule as well; you can start working from 7:00 until 9:00 in the morning.

The work responsibilities are quite diverse and ever-changing. We are “the core” of the supply chain, therefore, all entities are contacting us when they need our help and professional advice. And who are the partner we are dealing with on daily basis? Warehouses, hubs, stores and customer service agents from all over the Nordic countries.

How do we communicate? We mostly receive requests via e-mail but phone calls and Skype meetings are a nice change of atmosphere. The communication in English is our daily bread. On a daily basis we’re in touch with our business partners and colleagues from Nordic countries.

What will you do?

  • Help the team in achieving productivity & KPI targets and meet the SLA deadlines
  • Organize, motivate and develop your team
  • Take care of the recruitment and induction of new team members
  • Review the Performance and Personal Development with each of your team members
  • Weekly monitor and report the progress against the targets
  • Analyse existing processes and proactively identify possible improvements and savings
  • Lead the team to maximise individual & team performance
  • Monitor the performance, productivity, quality & issues of the team and solve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with the Business Partners in the Nordics and possibly travel to the Nordics
  • Be dealing with private & confidential personal data and handle the escalations
  • Communicate all relevant information and updates to your team on the team meetings and lead the daily stand up meetings
  • Do regular/ad hoc reporting regarding the team performance and productivity

What can you learn in our team?

Thanks to a daily communication in English, you will practice your English skills and strengthen your communication skills and assertiveness. You’ll learn to operate various systems (SAP, transporter systems,…), lead and manage a team of supply chain back office professionals. You will improve your organisational and time management skills as well as your ability to prioritise.

You will get a deeper knowledge of a supply chain & direct distribution activities, happening across the Nordic countries. You will participate on the ongoing projects to enrich your hard and soft skills. As this is a fast paced, quickly changing environment and there is always something going on, you won’t get a chance to get bored at all!
