As a part of our team you would be responsible for leading a recruitment team. Your main focus will be delivering the results in expected quality and time frame, with priority laying in candidate experience and hiring manager´s satisfaction.
Daily job includes a lot of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. Hiring of diverse expertise is typical – IT, Finance, Backoffice and language dependent roles (especially Nordics). You can look forward to an independent, senior role, which gives a space for your own initiatives and improvement ideas. You can count with close cooperation and endless support of your colleagues from the department.

What will you do?

  • You will have the overall responsibility for the Dixons Carphone recruitment activities in the Czech Republic
  • Leading a team of 6 experienced recruiters, being responsible for their development and career progression, using your leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
  • Business partnering to CoE leadership team, providing advisory and guidance with regards to labour market and resourcing matters
  • Ensuring accurate business reporting to all stakeholders against agreed quality metrics
  • Being an owner of data driven recruitment approach
  • Playing an active role in CoE marketing and branding initiatives and external and internal events organisation
  • Main point of contact for third parties and suppliers in terms of recruitment needs
  • Responsibility for process and systems efficiency and improvements
  • Monitoring and understanding local labour market and it’s trends to provide the advisory and guidance to CoE management team and business stakeholders

  • You are an advanced English an Czech speaker – both written and spoken
  • You have experience in recruitment field, preferably from SSC or IT environment
  • You have solid experience in people management and leadership area
  • You are skilled in relationship management and able to recognize priorities
  • Your communication and influencing skills are at high level
  • You have natural talent to work under tough deadlines and fast changing environment
  • You have good Excel knowledge and data oriented approach
