The Senior HR Systems Analyst will own key complex attributes and data across multiple HR systems and applications that enable the business to operate effectively. The job holder is also able to drive delivery of an efficient HR Systems function including maintenance and support of existing systems, man-agement of system security as well as support in the development and implementation of new systems and owns the creation and definition of the procedures, processes and controls for the team.
The role has a significant impact on the success of the business in delivering its stated ambitions as well as an impact across the whole of the UK and Ireland business, impacting all front line users & HR systems.

What will you do?

  • Provide support for the operational performance of the HR Systems function including application testing, development, support and day to day maintenance
  • Configure business processes on the system
  • Responsible for HR User system security and data protection
  • Review all existing database systems and take action to consolidate and decommission where possible. Archive all systems and data not in use
  • Ensure correct running of all scheduled systems
  • Assist with the development of new systems in line with business requirements
  • Responsible for working on identifying areas to develop the system as well as implementing new modules and upgrades
  • Developing system reports
  • Responsible for overseeing the day to day running of Dixons and CPW legacy HR Systems
  • Works with 3rd parties (SAP), end users, process managers, technical teams and IT to resolve issues that arise

Now you’re probably wondering what skills and knowledge we expect from you? Well…

  • At least 2 years experience with systems management, administration, testing or usage
  • Experience with SuccessFactors administration
  • Excel skills - Advanced Pivot table skills, Management reporting (charts, summary), advanced functions knowledge
  • Level of seniority that will allow adequate communication with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with process improvements based on data analysis and investigation
  • Strong communication skills (calls, presentations)
  • Project leadership
  • Process documentation creation + updates
  • Escalations management
  • Control reporting or fraud identification
