Continuous Process Improvement Manager
In this highly creative position, selected candidate will be responsible for leading and driving project-based improvements locally (Brno) and externally (UK/Nordics). Also, the job holder will be responsible for acting in a consultative role to Operations Managers/ TLs and project teams to identify, shortlist and implement continuous process improvements. This includes Lean workshops facilitation, providing trainings, mentoring project and promoting Agile & Lean culture. Project portfolio under this role involves assignments between Brno, Acton and Nordic countries so occasional travelling might be required. In addition, the applicant might be involved in process migration (on need basis). In order to be successful in this role, the candidate needs to build collaborative partnership with CoE management, TLs, business partners; demonstrate proactive approach to idea generation of process improvements, communicate effectively, apply practical approach to project management and continuous process improvement agenda.
