Network Commissions Analyst

As a team located in Brno, we remotely provide HR services for 40.000 of our colleagues in the UK. We are responsible for all their administration, making sure they are ready for starting dates, inductions, promotions, and that all their data are correct and up-to-date. Our daily job includes lots of various tasks and every day offers different challenges. The communication in English is our daily bread. On a daily basis we’re in touch with our business partners and colleagues from across UK.
We are a small team of 8 people. Thanks to friendly atmosphere and fresh team spirit, it is really easy to fit in. Our working hours are pretty flexible, starting between 7 and 9:30 am every day with some exception around the month end. Therefore, you can easily organize your day and combine work with your personal life.We are in daily touch with our suppliers and colleagues across Scandinavia countries mainly email. Among other activities are processing of invoices, dealing with queries, reconciliations of accounts and reporting many other ad hoc tasks.
Infrastructure Solution Designer (3 months project)
Dixons Carphone is Europe's leading specialist electrical and telecommunications retailer and services company. The current Brno infrastructure team is expanding to become playing much wider role within Group IS organization to arrange IT Infrastructure Shared Services function be responsible for building the organisation's non prod & prod (eCommerce platform) servers, databases, storage and end user infrastructure to meet business requirements, adhering to company’s technical standards and security policies. This infrastructure comprises multiple Infrastructure as a Service offerings that include compute, storage, network, security, backup, load balancing, operating systems, orchestration, automation – some particular services for the particular type of environments are provided in cooperation with suppliers/vendors. Brno infrastructure team is expanding its responsibility (currently already owning infrastructure the one of the most visited retail site in UK) and also taking new ownership for the infrastructure services for various Prod & Non-Prod environments across all company’s platforms, so we are looking for an Infrastructure Solution Designer to help us with 3 months project. This project should be related to Information Security support, specifically on documenting current architecture and proposing new design.
